SHIPPING RATES

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders are calculated based on weight. International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, which vary by destination. Customers from select countries can prepay duties and taxes at checkout. If this option is unavailable or not selected, you may be responsible for paying these fees upon delivery, as determined by your local customs authority.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically take 4–7 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days, while international orders may take an additional 10–15 business days.

NOTE: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We do not offer replacements for such cases. RETURN POLICY

All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us via email within 7 days of recovering your order.
